We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and highly skilled Permanent Attorney with a strong background in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Wrongful Death. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in representing clients in a broad range of complex and sensitive legal matters, delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes. Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal representation to clients in matters related to Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation, and Wrongful Death.
2. Conduct thorough research and case investigations to identify viable legal strategies.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients about their legal rights and obligations.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on case progress.
7. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to strategize and execute effective litigation tactics.
8. Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in laws applicable to Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation, and Wrongful Death.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Wrongful Death.
4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex legal matters.
5. Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to handle a high caseload and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing superior client service.
