We are seeking a real estate attorney with 2+ years of experience.

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations
- Provide legal support to clients

- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet critical deadlines
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with clients, partners, associates, and support staff

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Kentucky.
