Job Details
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support clients' cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advise them on the best course of action
- Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed of the status of their case
- Build strong arguments and present them persuasively in court
- Cross-examine witnesses and challenge evidence presented by the opposing party
- Work with expert witnesses to build a strong case
- Attend mediations and arbitrations to help clients resolve disputes outside of court
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Stay up-to-date on changes in the law and legal precedents that may impact clients' cases.
