Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Qualifications Needed:
- Advise clients on governing documents and applicable statutes related to community associations
- Review and draft contracts for clients
- Draft letters and motions in legal proceedings
- Attend hearings and represent clients in legal matters
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters
- Collaborate with clients and team members on case preparation and management
Qualifications Needed:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in community association law or litigation
- Strong background in contract review, legal writing, and motion drafting
- Proven ability to handle legal proceedings and provide sound legal advice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
