Job Details
We are seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of practice experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction law/litigation, commercial litigation, contracts, and/or business disputes.

- Proven litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials/arbitrations.
- Independent, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing, reviewing, editing, and drafting legal documents.
- Superior logical reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet the high expectations of clients who demand excellence.
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas.
- Assist senior attorneys with litigation tasks.
- Manage projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct and defend depositions, prepare and respond to discovery, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Perform legal research and analysis.
- Attend hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations.
