We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and self-motivated Permanent Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires a candidate who is well-versed in various legal areas, including Workers Compensation, Legal Research, Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Disability Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing our clients in court, and developing and managing relationships with our clients. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of legal experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including Workers Compensation, Employment Law, and Disability Law.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and provide accurate legal advice to clients.
3. Represent clients in court, present evidence to support the client's case, and argue motions, pleadings, and other matters.
4. Handle all aspects of litigation, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
5. Manage all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and legal expertise.
7. Keep up-to-date with changes in the law and inform clients of these changes.
8. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to client service.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong focus on Workers Compensation, Legal Research, Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Disability Law.
4. Proven track record in successfully representing clients in court and managing commercial litigation.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
9. High level of integrity and professional accountability.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
