We are on the lookout for a dedicated, highly skilled Permanent Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, where you will be responsible for managing a variety of personal injury cases. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice, conduct thorough legal research, and deliver high-quality legal writing. You will have the opportunity to represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support cases.
3. Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
5. Negotiate settlements in personal injury cases.
6. Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding their case.
7. Stay updated with the latest developments in personal injury law and any changes in the legal industry.
8. Collaborate with our legal team to devise effective strategies for each case.
9. Ensure all legal activities adhere to the specified laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, specifically within personal injury law.
3. Licensed to practice law in the state.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Proven track record of representing clients in court and negotiating settlements.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple cases with minimal supervision.
8. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
10. High level of professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.
