We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic Permanent Attorney to join our expanding legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong background in a variety of areas including contracts, wills, trusts, pleadings, personal injury, trust planning, probate, collections, environmental law, and commercial real estate. As a Permanent Attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice, conducting legal research, and representing our clients in court. You will play an integral role in shaping our organization's legal strategy and ensuring our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of issues including contracts, wills, trusts, pleadings, personal injury, trust planning, probate, collections, environmental law, and commercial real estate.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various types of legal documents.
3. Represent our clients in court and other legal proceedings.
4. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal strategy development.
5. Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex legal matters.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates and ensuring their legal needs are met.
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of our organization's legal strategy.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing of the Ohio Bar.
3. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong background in contracts, wills, trusts, pleadings, personal injury, trust planning, probate, collections, environmental law, and commercial real estate.
4. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
6. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
7. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. High level of professional integrity and ethics.
