Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload in workers’ compensation, litigation, or subrogation (with potential to cross into other practice areas)
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Maintain consistent communication with clients and support staff
Negotiate settlements and help shape case strategy
Contribute to practice development, including networking and client intake

Job Details
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (in good standing); NJ admission preferred
2–6 years of experience in litigation, workers’ compensation, subrogation, or related fields
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Confident in courtroom advocacy and client interactions
Bonus: experience in family law, estate planning, or business law
J.D. from an accredited law school
