We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Attorney to join our thriving legal team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for law, a deep understanding of personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and a proven track record in legal research and writing. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of personal injury and commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
2. Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
4. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
5. Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights, options, and potential outcomes.
6. Work collaboratively with our legal team to develop effective case strategies and ensure the highest level of client service.
7. Stay updated on current laws, rulings, and industry legal trends to maintain knowledge and proficiency in areas of practice.
8. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation in the industry.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a strong focus on personal injury law, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution.
4. Proven experience in mediation and arbitration.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
7. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
10. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
11. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to make challenging legal concepts understandable to clients.
