Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law and litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and highly professional legal team, where you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters including personal injury cases, legal writing, and defense. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our legal team, providing high-quality legal services to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of personal injury and other cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients or to prepare cases.
• Review laws applicable to the case at hand and interpret them to ensure the correct application of the law.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.
• Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Provide legal advice to clients, presenting case law, and options based on the client's situation.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required.
• Must have a current license to practice law.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
• Proven experience in legal writing, defense, and other areas of law.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws and legal documents.
• Strong research and report writing skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
