Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on employment law.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience in drafting and negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
