1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including employment contracts, severance agreements, and other related documents.
2. Provide comprehensive legal advice on a variety of employment matters, including terminations, disciplinary actions, and employment policies and procedures.

4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Provide training and guidance to management and staff on legal matters related to employment.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest legal trends and developments in the field of employment law to ensure the organization's ongoing compliance.
7. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various matters.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on employment law.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience in drafting and negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
