Job Details
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in matrimonial and family law, who are admitted to practice in New York. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, possess excellent research and writing abilities, and have the capacity to work independently. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a varied caseload .
Responsibilities:

- Assist the principal attorney in managing client matters
- Attend virtual and in-person court appearances
- Prepare for trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, uncontested divorce packets, and discovery demands
- Conduct settlement conferences, negotiate, draft, and finalize Stipulations of Settlement and Separation Agreements
- Meet with clients
