Responsible for providing diagnostic, consultative, and rehabilitative audiology services to patients and families.

Patient Engagement:

• Performs hearing aid evaluations and dispenses hearing aids
• Obtains case history and administers diagnostic tests to determine nature, degree and type of hearing problems
• Consults with patients on the nature of hearing loss and communicative problems
• Develops individualized treatment programs or referrals
• Plans and directs patient treatment programs
• Order and repair processing

Operational:

• Keeps equipment in good working condition
• Report inventory usage to inventory control manager
• Report inventory needs to inventory control manager
• Complete Audiology Tracking Report

Outreach:

• Participate in health fairs
• Network in community-based events in order to promote practice
• Participate in professional development activities
• Maintain professional affiliations
• Maintain professional continuing education hours
