Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiologist to join our team in the medical industry. As a Permanent Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional audiology services to our patients. You will work closely with our healthcare team to diagnose and treat hearing disorders, provide hearing aid recommendations, and manage cochlear implant patients. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree and be certified in hearing aid dispensing.

- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hearing disorders
- Recommend and fit hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Manage cochlear implant patients, including programming and troubleshooting
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss and communication strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide coordinated care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Manage and supervise audiology staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
- Certification in hearing aid dispensing
- 3+ years of experience in audiology
- Strong knowledge of hearing disorders and treatment options
- Experience with cochlear implant programming and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
