We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consulting Audit Accountant to join our vibrant Accounting and Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, preparing financial statements, and providing expert financial advice to our diverse client base. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and non-profit accounting. The Consulting Audit Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity, improving our financial processes, and contributing to our team's overall success.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough financial and operational audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement, and present findings to management and clients.
3. Provide expert financial advice to clients, helping them improve their financial management and achieve their objectives.
4. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, non-profit accounting, and relevant financial legislation.
6. Collaborate with the internal team to enhance financial processes and systems.
7. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
8. Provide training and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification will be considered an advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on audit and non-profit accounting.
3. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, non-profit accounting, and financial legislation.
4. Proven experience in conducting comprehensive audits and preparing detailed financial reports.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide practical solutions.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. High level of integrity, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial management.
8. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
