We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Audit and Accounting Sr. Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing audit and accounting functions for our not-for-profit clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in audit and accounting, with a focus on not-for-profit clients
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as auditing standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
