Compensation: $130k - $160k/year + Potential Bonuses

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit & Assurance Manager to lead and deliver assurance engagements for clients in the dynamic and fast-evolving tech sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative companies, manage complex audit assignments, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Supervise and mentor audit teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Review financial statements and related disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and communicate audit issues and recommend solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the tech sector.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on business development and client strategy.

Qualifications:

  • CPA designation (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably with exposure to technology clients.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian GAAP and assurance standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with audit software and data analytics tools is an asset.
