Position Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conducting multiple auditing projects and client engagements with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effectively communicating with partners, staff, and clients to ensure clear expectations, provide status updates on engagements, and address any other matters in a professional manner.
- Taking an active role in marketing our firm's services, resulting in new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the firm.
- Continuously fostering positive relationships with coworkers and clients to promote a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% of the time to client locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent Chinese (verbal and written) communication skills required to effectively serve our Chinese-speaking clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a 4-year accredited university.
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) to demonstrate professional competence in accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.
- Proven ability to energetically manage, coach, and develop staff accountants to help them achieve their full potential.
