Job Details

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Audit Director who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in audit, CPA, and be a certified public accountant. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.


  • Manage and lead the audit team in conducting financial and operational audits in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments, audit objectives, and audit procedures.
  • Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, and collaborate with them to develop action plans to address identified issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of action plans to ensure that they are effective in addressing identified issues and improving the overall control environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in auditing standards, regulations, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the audit function.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, regulators, and business partners, to ensure that the audit function is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, preferably in a public accounting firm or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
