- Perform field work on For-Proft audits under US GAAP regulations and inform engagement leaders of audit engagement status.
- Conduct audit tests which assess compliance with plan document and regulatory requirements.
- Draft financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Assurance/Audit, within Real Estate, High Net Worth, C-Corp/S-Corp and be a CPA with the ability to manage a team of auditors. As a Permanent Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our organization's financial records.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments, testing procedures, and audit reports.
- Manage a team of auditors and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to other members of the organization on audit-related topics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- 3+ years of experience in Assurance, Audit, or related field.
- Experience managing a team of auditors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with High Net Worth clients is a plus.
