- Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in the construction industry.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's operations, processes, and business objectives.
- Plan, organize, and execute audit strategies to ensure compliance with professional and industry standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients, addressing and resolving any concerns or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, leveraging firm-wide expertise to provide comprehensive client solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring they are provided with learning opportunities to grow professionally.
- Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and changes in regulatory environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on the construction industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
