Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Audit Manager to join our team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of audit and tax processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement audit and tax strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Plan and execute audit and tax engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines
  • Oversee and manage audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of engagements
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential exposure, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risk
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including GAAP and SOX
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Prepare and present audit reports and findings to senior management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA certification required
  • 3+ years of experience in audit and tax, with a focus on audit management
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and other industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
