Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- CPA License
- 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- 3+ years experience auditing NFP organizations
- Experience with single audits
- Experience with uniform guidance compliance audits
- Highly evolved analytical and problem solving ability
- Proven supervisory and training success
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, rules and standards
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous client engagements, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management across audit projects.
- Foster ongoing client relationships by proactively managing expectations, driving satisfaction, and championing organizational change initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering strategic recommendations on operational and process enhancements tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on new business pursuits, including proposal development and growth strategy execution.
- Lead the professional growth of team members through hands-on coaching, skills development, and structured performance evaluations.
