Job Details

What you’ll own:

Manage the full audit cycle for real estate clients — on time, every time
Partner with clients to understand their business, risks, and opportunities
Build trusted relationships and provide actionable advice
Lead and develop your audit team, ensuring quality and consistency
Collaborate across departments to grow the business
Stay sharp on the latest real estate accounting standards and trends

What you bring:

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master’s preferred)
5+ years auditing real estate/private equity clients
Deep knowledge of real estate accounting and reporting
Proven leadership in managing teams
Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships
Detail-oriented problem solver
Comfortable with accounting software and tech
