We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented professionals in the industry and help shape the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to identify and mitigate risks
• Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review audit findings and recommendations with senior management and provide guidance on remediation efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, regulators, and business partners
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure that audit plans and procedures are updated accordingly
• Provide training and guidance to team members on audit methodologies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
• Experience managing and leading a team of auditors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
