Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic finance industry team. As a Permanent Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will be working closely with other departments to identify and mitigate risks, while providing valuable insights to senior management. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and maintain audit plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of audits
• Identify and mitigate risks by working closely with other departments
• Provide valuable insights to senior management on audit findings and recommendations
• Develop and implement audit policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage and mentor junior audit staff to ensure high-quality work
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, auditees, and external auditors
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an Audit Manager or Assurance Manager
• CPA or CIA certification preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
