Job Details

As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the audit process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be working closely with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure that all audits are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute audit plans and strategies in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage and supervise audit teams to ensure that all audits are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review and evaluate financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, and work with them to implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and track audit progress and ensure that all audit documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure that audit processes are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, and ensure that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 4+ years of audit experience, preferably in public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
