Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment, working with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the financial integrity and transparency of our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in CPA, CCH Axcess Tax Software, QuickBooks, CCH ProSystem FX, and managerial expertise.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Audit Manager, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, leading and managing a team of auditors to ensure that our financial systems and processes are robust, compliant, and efficient. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of all audit engagements.
2. Utilizing your expertise in CCH Axcess Tax Software and QuickBooks to manage and streamline our financial processes.
3. Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and regulations.
4. Training and mentoring junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
5. Implementing and managing the use of CCH ProSystem FX in our auditing processes.
6. Leading the development and implementation of audit plans and risk assessments.
7. Communicating audit findings to senior management and making recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:

1. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
2. Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax Software and QuickBooks.
3. Experience with CCH ProSystem FX.
4. 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a finance or audit role.
5. A minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
