As a Permanent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and growing Services team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a solid auditing, compliance, and insurance background. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing audit functions, ensuring the company's adherence to legal standards and in-house policies, managing carrier relationships, and preparing accurate and timely reports. This role requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role or field.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification such as a CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, compliance, carrier management, and reporting.
3. Extensive knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
4. Exceptional understanding of the principles and practices of accounting and financial systems.
5. Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
6. Strong analytical thinker with superb problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
