Key Responsibilities and Duties
Qualifications Needed
- Lead and manage audit engagements for various clients
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, including file review and feedback
- Prepare and review audit reports, financials, and workpapers
- Ensure adherence to audit standards and deadlines
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
- Communicate with clients to resolve audit issues and expectations
- Coordinate with tax and accounting teams as needed
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
- CPA certification required
- At least 5 years of audit and/or public accounting experience
- Supervisory experience managing staff and audit files
- Deep understanding of GAAS and audit standards
- Proficiency in audit software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and client-facing communication skills
