We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager who embodies our ethos and is ready to lead our audit department in achieving excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, demonstrate superior technical and managerial skills, and share our dedication to client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the complete audit process.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory guidelines, accounting standards, and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing feedback and training as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Review and evaluate the team's work for accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to firm growth by identifying business development opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and relevant legislation.
• Participate in internal strategy sessions, helping to shape the future of our audit department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Active CPA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
