Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. As a Permanent Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports. You will work closely with various departments to identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports
  • Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements as necessary
  • Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Train and mentor staff members to ensure their professional development and growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA certification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with some supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software
