The chosen individual will spearhead all facets of the audit process, encompassing strategic planning, meticulous execution, and comprehensive reporting. As an accomplished Audit Manager, you will ensure adherence to industry benchmarks, guaranteeing accurate findings are relayed to senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulate and implement meticulous audit plans and programs, safeguarding the precision and compliance of financial statements as per industry mandates.
Perform comprehensive risk assessments, proactively identifying potential organizational vulnerabilities.
Strategize and execute audits in alignment with industry best practices and benchmarks.
Scrutinize financial statements and other fiscal data, swiftly identifying discrepancies or potential concerns.
Create detailed audit reports, presenting your findings eloquently to senior management.
Foster robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, encompassing auditors, regulators, and industry peers.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring accurate and timely task completion.
Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving best practices, fortifying the organization's commitment to regulatory adherence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
CPA Certification is Mandatory: Hold a CPA certification to substantiate your expertise.
Seasoned Background: Boast a minimum of 6 years of experience within public accounting, with at least 3 years of supervisory aptitude.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrate substantial expertise in tax and accounting principles and practices.
Analytical Brilliance: Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective Communicator: Possess strong communication and interpersonal finesse.
Team Player: Display adeptness both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team player.
Detail-Oriented: Exhibit an unwavering commitment to precision and accuracy.
Project Management Proficiency: Skillfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Audit Manager Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience as an Audit Manager is valued.
