Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and to promote new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and review the work of audit team members to ensure audit procedures are effectively carried out and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical expertise in financial services auditing and risk management.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings to senior management and clients.
  • Develop team members by providing constructive feedback and fostering a learning environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's in Accounting or CPA is a plus, but not required.
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience
  • Experience with clients in one or more of the following industries: privately held businesses, homeowner associations, affordable housing, construction, employee benefit plans, or non-profits
