Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and to promote new business opportunities.
- Supervise and review the work of audit team members to ensure audit procedures are effectively carried out and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical expertise in financial services auditing and risk management.
- Identify and communicate audit findings to senior management and clients.
- Develop team members by providing constructive feedback and fostering a learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's in Accounting or CPA is a plus, but not required.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience with clients in one or more of the following industries: privately held businesses, homeowner associations, affordable housing, construction, employee benefit plans, or non-profits
