Job Details

Audit Senior:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of audit activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with best practices

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is required
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software
