Job Details

Job Description:
  • Lead engagement planning, assign tasks, and manage timelines.
  • Guide and train audit staff on technical areas.
  • Prepare and review clear, accurate workpapers and financial statements.
  • Identify ways to improve audit processes using tech tools and updated methods.
  • Oversee all engagement phases, including reporting and wrap-up.
  • Support business development through networking and relationship-building.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience working with commercial clients (e.g. Automotive, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Distribution, Construction, Professional Services, Real Estate, etc.)
  • CPA license (active or in progress).
  • 2–4 years of recent public accounting experience.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Client-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; audit software experience preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to visit clients onsite as needed (a few times per month).
