What You'll Do:

Lead and manage full-cycle audit engagements for real estate, REITs, and private equity clients
Plan and execute complex audits with precision and confidence
Review audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Mentor junior staff and foster a positive, inclusive team culture
Build strong client relationships through outstanding service and expert advice
Identify and flag critical accounting and auditing issues to senior management
Stay sharp by keeping up with industry trends and regulatory changes
Help grow the business by spotting and pursuing new opportunities

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of auditing experience focused on real estate, REITs, and private equity
A CPA or equivalent certification is a must
Solid understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
