4. Due diligence work
5. Issuing review opinions for financial statement
6. Comps & Reviews
7. Audits
8. Accounting background
9. Ability to lead others
10. Strong communication and professionalism
11. Strong technical background in fair value, accounting software's, ASC’s, GAAP
