Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead day-to-day execution of audit engagements for a variety of clients, ensuring adherence to GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support audit staff, providing training, feedback, and guidance to ensure professional development and high-quality deliverables.
- Design and review audit procedures, workpapers, and findings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards.
- Identify and communicate process improvements and best practices to enhance audit efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering timely, value-added insights.
- Draft and present audit reports and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of evolving accounting and auditing standards, as well as industry and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with audit software (e.g., CaseWare, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
