Job Details
Manage and accurately record various accounting transactions for the corporate office, such as payroll, insurance, benefits, purchasing cards, real estate activities, intercompany transactions, and key corporate vendors
Monitor and reconcile corporate bank accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date balances
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules as per the monthly close schedule
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures efficiently
Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Assist in filing State, Local, real estate, property tax, and business license documents
Provide support during financial and tax audits
Document and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets
Assist in weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA Preferred
- 3-5+ years experience in financial accounting
- Previous experience with state, local, real estate, and property tax filings
