Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute audit procedures, including risk assessment, testing controls, and substantive testing of financial statements.
  • Review and analyze client financial statements, identifying areas of risk, potential errors, or inconsistencies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their professional development and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, providing insights, and delivering audit findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of audit results into client recommendations and business processes.
  • Stay abreast of changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve audit procedures and enhance client service.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in external audit within a public accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficient in using auditing software and accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
