Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute audit procedures, including risk assessment, testing controls, and substantive testing of financial statements.
- Review and analyze client financial statements, identifying areas of risk, potential errors, or inconsistencies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their professional development and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, providing insights, and delivering audit findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of audit results into client recommendations and business processes.
- Stay abreast of changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve audit procedures and enhance client service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in external audit within a public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in using auditing software and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
