Job Details
5-7 years of industrial automation experience
Proficient in implementing various automation machinery such as PLCs, servo motors, drives, thermal controls, HMIs, and robotics
Skilled in writing PLC code (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, Sequential Function Charts) for custom automated manufacturing equipment
Experience in electrical panel layout and fabrication
Application of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to software development
Ability to create/program operator HMI screens and integrate them with PLC control
Capable of recognizing and integrating new automation/inspection technologies to enhance machine yield and utility
Hands-on involvement in the design, assembly, and maintenance of production equipment
Leadership experience with small project teams
Competent in selecting and integrating vision system cameras, lighting, and lenses
Familiarity with automation hardware and mechanical systems
Flexible in managing multiple project priorities and evolving deadlines
