This position focuses heavily on FANUC robotics, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and industrial control systems to support our high-performance manufacturing operations.

Job Details
Program, and troubleshoot FANUC robot systems, including setup, path programming, and integration with other automation equipment.
Develop and maintain Allen-Bradley PLC programs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and related hardware).
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate robotics, sensors, and motion control systems into new and existing equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Manage automation projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring systems meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Support production teams with process optimization, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain detailed system documentation including schematics, code backups, and change logs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
