Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
2. Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
3. Represent clients in all stages of litigation.
4. Collaborate with a team of to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings.
5. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
6. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Experience as an attorney, with a focus on legal research, legal writing, litigation, and litigation.
3. Membership in good standing with the Georgia (GA) state bar.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
