Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President of Development for Data Centers to support the planning, execution, and delivery of data center and mission-critical development projects.

Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President of Development for Data Centers to support the planning, execution, and delivery of data center and mission-critical development projects.
Core responsibilities include:
- Project management, design management, managing project budgets and cash flows, communicating with lenders/partners, and handling meetings with utilities, consultants, tenants, and internal teams
- Project Management, Site Selection, Power & Infrastructure, Financial Management, Design & Construction Coordination, Stakeholder Communication
Requirements:
- 5–9 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or mission-critical project delivery
- The ideal candidate will complement their development expertise with a background in architecture, construction, engineering, and/or business
- Hands-on experience building project budgets, proformas, and cash flow projections; strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel
- Proven ability to project manage at a very high level — coordinating multiple projects, consultants, and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality or detail
- Working knowledge of data center fundamentals preferred, including power and cooling infrastructure, redundancy configurations, MEP systems, and commissioning processes
- Familiarity with utility coordination, power procurement, and/or fiber connectivity a strong plus
