We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers within the Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semi-Conductor, Bio-Medical, Hospitals, Medical Device, Fiber Optic, Data Centers, Optical, Automotive, Packaging, and Food industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the controlled environment, clean rooms, and industrial flooring markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
2. Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
3. Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor market trends and competition.
5. Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to generate new leads and business opportunities.
6. Utilize strong product knowledge to provide technical assistance to clients and recommend suitable products or services.
7. Develop sales plans and forecasts, and achieve sales targets and objectives.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the customer organization.
9. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and increase market awareness of our product offerings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience selling to a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semi-Conductor, Bio-Medical, Hospitals, Medical Device, Fiber Optic, Data Centers, Optical, Automotive, Packaging, and Food.
4. Strong knowledge of controlled environments, clean rooms, and industrial flooring.
5. Proficient in cold calling, prospecting, and time management.
6. Excellent sales planning and strategy development skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
8. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent, with a strong desire to succeed.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
