Job Details
The Finance practice is seeking one junior to senior level associate (JD class of 2015-2020) with 3 to 8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice. The successful candidate will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
- Juris Doctorate (class of 2015-2020)
- State Bar (NC)
- 3 to 8 years of experience
- Experienced with asset-backed securities transactions
- Transactions experience
