Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Permanent Bankruptcy Attorney specializing in Banking & Finance (Creditor's Side) to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to work on high-profile cases, advising and representing our esteemed clientele, which includes leading financial institutions. The candidate will be responsible for handling complex bankruptcy matters, loan agreements, security agreements, and other financial documents. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Indiana and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Represent financial institutions and creditors in bankruptcy court proceedings.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of loan and security agreements.
3. Advise clients on bankruptcy laws, procedures, and potential outcomes.
4. Develop and implement strategies to protect our clients' interests.
5. Conduct extensive legal research to support arguments and cases.
6. Prepare and file legal documents in accordance with court requirements.
7. Attend court hearings, mediations, and meetings on behalf of clients.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in bankruptcy law and regulations.
9. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney, with a focus on banking and finance (creditor's side).
4. Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law, financial institutions, and creditor rights.
5. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security agreements, and other financial documents.
6. Strong litigation skills, with experience representing clients in bankruptcy court.
7. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
8. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
9. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
11. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
