Job Details

  • 10+ years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, or related financial litigation
  • Demonstrated success managing a sizeable and portable book of business
  • Strong client relationships and a track record of originating work
  • Deep knowledge of Chapter 11 proceedings, creditor rights, workouts, and insolvency-related litigation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and leading a market presence
  • Licensed in Texas or willing to become licensed
  • Lead complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters across a range of industries
  • Maintain and grow an existing portable book of business
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients including debtors, creditors, committees, lenders, and investors
  • Drive business development efforts in Dallas and the broader Texas market
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to build and scale a local office
  • Mentor and eventually help recruit additional attorneys as the practice grows
  • Work cross-functionally with colleagues in litigation, corporate, and finance practices
