Job Details
Responsibilities:
Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents
E-filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (CM/ECF)
Managing deadlines and court calendars
Communicating with clients, trustees, and courts
Maintaining electronic and physical case files
Assisting attorneys with document and case preparation
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a bankruptcy legal assistant preferred
Proficiency with CM/ECF and bankruptcy software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadline
